  سياسة الطلب والشحن

  سياسة الطلب:

  • يستغرق تنفيذ وتسليم الطلب عادةً من ٣ إلى ١٠ أيام عمل داخل قطر، ومن ٧ إلى ١٤ يوم عمل إلى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
  • لا يمكن إلغاء أو استبدال الطلب بعد تأكيده.
  • يتم تأكيد الطلب بعد دفع العربون، علمًا بأن العربون غير قابل للاسترجاع.
  • يعتمد تنفيذ الطلب على قياسات العميل الخاصة، لذلك يُمنع استبداله أو استرجاعه بعد البدء في التنفيذ.
  • في حال طلب أي تعديل بعد بدء العمل على الطلب، تُطبق رسوم إضافية.

  سياسة الشحن:

  • 50 ريال داخل الدوحة
  • 70 ريال خارج الدوحة
  • 100 ريال إلى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي

  Order and Delivery

  Order Policy:

  • Orders usually take 3–10 business days within Qatar and 7–14 business days to GCC countries.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged once confirmed.
  • An order is confirmed upon payment of the deposit, which is non-refundable.
  • Each piece is made according to the client’s custom measurements, therefore exchange or return is not permitted after production begins.
  • Any modifications requested after production starts will incur additional fees .

  Shipping Policy:

  • QAR 50 within Doha
  • QAR 70 outside Doha
  • QAR 100 to GCC countries
